What is the earliest arrival time for our school group visit?
9:00 a.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 12:00 p.m. on Sundays
Can I make a reservation online?
Yes, you can request a reservation by filling out a Group Request Form here
How many adults are required to come with the group?
For every 10 students, one teacher or chaperone is required and will be granted free admission. Additional chaperones will pay a discounted admission ticket and the program fee.
How do I coordinate payment for additional chaperones?
The exact price for additional chaperones is calculated at the time of your reservation. You are required to collect all money in advance of check-in. Only one admission and program transaction is allowed per group and will be completed at check-in.
Can we have lunch at the museum?
Yes, the Witte offers many outdoor seating options for lunchtime! Please plan to consolidate all lunches into coolers labeled with your school name. Lunches will be stored at the Feik Family Orientation Pavilion at check-in. Make your field trip even easier by ordering box lunches from the Witte Market!

How do I apply for a bus reimbursement?
Please contact Reservations@WitteMuseum.org or by calling (210) 357-1910 to receive and fill out the bus reimbursement form.
Will we have a guided tour?
All programs and exhibits provide interactive, creative learning environments and are staffed with trained facilitators and presenters to guide your experience.
